About Our Foundation

Ojah Family Foundation is a non-profit organization founded on 4 December 2019 with the sole aim of saving African women and children.

The foundation started when the founder, Dr. Okwun Ojah return to Nigeria to bury his father after two decades of departure, he saw kids who looked hungry, disheveled and haggard, women who look so miserable, dilapidated roads and absence of basic social amenities in his community; he was spurred to intervene in his little way and became an avid philanthropist which finally gave birth to Ojah Family Foundation.

Our Mission
Ojah Family Foundation believes that by serving as civic stewards, quality of life will be enriched acting as a catalyst to undertakings that strengthen both families and community. By enhancing existing social platforms and alleviating suffering through provision of new educational, cultural opportunities, social amenities and health care, citizens will be empowered and inspired to initiate and cultivate positive change in all life experiences, nourishing vitality across the community.

What makes us different?

Right from the inception, our foundation has been self-funded to provide the support needed for all our projects.

Health Care

We provide healthcare services to marginalised people, including mothers and their children of Ohafia people by providing regular health checks, awareness campaigns and outreaches from time. Health promotion activities such as Medical/Health outreach programmes or events are carried out within the local community.

Food and Water

In continuation of the robust effort to carry out the our objectives, we have commissioned 6 remote borehole water project to various communities in Nigeria.

We have also given over 200 bags of rice and other food items to rural dwellers during Covid-19 and post-covid19.

Education Support

We provide annual scholarships to primary, secondary and tertiary schools.
